Our programs are delivered through True Coach online training software that you will have access to for the duration of the program. This program will have demonstration videos that will show you how to perform the exercises.
Spring Loaded is an 8 week beginner to intermediate double kettlebell program. This program is good for someone with some kettlebell experience or strength training experience. For this program you will need 2 kettlebells of the same weight, 45 minutes per day, 3 days per week.
Razor Sharp is an 8 week intermediate to advanced double kettlebell program. You should have completed at least 1 of our other kettlebell programs or have a solid background in kettlebells. You will be pushed the hardest in this program compared to all the others. Beginners need not apply. You will need 2 kettlebells of the same weight, 45 minutes a day 3 days per week.
Baseline 5K Running Program is a 7 week beginner running program. This program will help you prepare for your first 5K or 3 miles. It will teach you how to properly warm up and cool down to prevent injury. You will have a speed day, pacing day and an aerobic day each week. All you need is an hour a day, 3 days per week to complete this program.
Baseline 10K Running Program an 8 week intermediate running program. This program will help you prepare for a 10K or 6 miles. It will teach you how to properly warm-up and cool down to prevent injury. You will have a speed day, pacing day and an aerobic day each week. You need about an hour a day, 3 days per week to complete this program.
Baseline Half Marathon Running Program is a 7 week intermediate to advanced running program. This program will help you prepare for a half marathon or 13 miles. It will teach you how to properly warm up and cool down to prevent injury. You will have a speed day, pacing day and an aerobic day each week. You will be running 3 times per week to become the best runner possible.
Baseline 5K Run and Lift is an 8 week beginner hybrid program. This is perfect for building general fitness or someone who wants to run their first 5k while building strength. This is a gentle program that most everyone could complete. For this program you will need a pair of dumbbells or kettlebells and will run 2 days per week and lift 2 days per week.
Baseline 10K Run and Lift is an 8 week beginner to intermediate hybrid program. This program is good for someone wanting to build off their experience from our 5K Run and Lift program. You will increase the distance you can run while building strength. You will want at least some background in running and strength training prior to starting this program. You will need a pair of dumbbells or kettlebells and will run 2 days per week and lift 2 days per week.
Baseline Half Marathon Run and Lift is an intermediate to advanced hybrid program. This program is perfect for someone with good running and lifting experience. Progress your half marathon and your lifting at the same time. You will need a pair of dumbbells or kettlebells and will run 2 days per week and lift 2 days per week.
Baseline Beginner Dumbbell Program is an 8 week beginner dumbbell program. The program is perfect for someone getting back into fitness. You will only need 1 pair of dumbbells and 45 minutes, 3 days a week.
Baseline Advanced Dumbbell Program is an intermediate to advanced dumbbell program. This is perfect for someone who has completed our Beginner Dumbbell Program or has some experience lifting. Movements and intensity will be slightly harder. You will only need 1 pair of dumbbells and 45 minutes, 3 days a week.
The Baseline Bodyweight Program is an 8 week full body program that you can perform in your house with no equipment needed. Through the app Trucoach you will have video demonstrations to help you with technique of exercises that you do not know.
The Baseline Mobility Program is an 8 week program designed to help you move and feel better in your body. The program is split into an upper body mobility day, a lower body mobility day, and a full body movement. This entire program will require no equipment and uses the platform Trucoach to demonstrate the movements that you may not already know.
