Baseline 10K Run and Lift is an 8 week beginner to intermediate hybrid program. This program is good for someone wanting to build off their experience from our 5K Run and Lift program. You will increase the distance you can run while building strength. You will want at least some background in running and strength training prior to starting this program. You will need a pair of dumbbells or kettlebells and will run 2 days per week and lift 2 days per week.
