Baseline 5K Run and Lift is an 8 week beginner hybrid program. This is perfect for building general fitness or someone who wants to run their first 5k while building strength. This is a gentle program that most everyone could complete. For this program you will need a pair of dumbbells or kettlebells and will run 2 days per week and lift 2 days per week.
