We train out of Powerfit Personal Training. 10 Enterprise Dr Rohnert Park CA 94928. Workshops and clinics by request.

How do I get started?
You go to trainingbaseline.com and click the link that says Get Started Now. This will bring you to an 18 question quiz to find your Baseline. This will help us figure out what is the best program or service that will help you achieve your goals as efficiently as possible. Once we receive the results from the quiz we will set up a time to meet in person or over the phone to discuss a plan moving forward.
Can anyone work with Baseline?
YES! All of our programs and services are scalable depending on who we are working with.
What is True Coach?
True Coach is the program we use to deliver our home exercise programs. This will have the training programs listed out for each day, with links to videos so you make sure you understand what you are supposed to do. Also you can upload videos, pictures or write comments back to us so we can make sure things are going well.
