Baseline Half Marathon Running Program is a 7 week intermediate to advanced running program. This program will help you prepare for a half marathon or 13 miles. It will teach you how to properly warm up and cool down to prevent injury. You will have a speed day, pacing day and an aerobic day each week. You will be running 3 times per week to become the best runner possible.
