Baseline 10K Running Program an 8 week intermediate running program. This program will help you prepare for a 10K or 6 miles. It will teach you how to properly warm-up and cool down to prevent injury. You will have a speed day, pacing day and an aerobic day each week. You need about an hour a day, 3 days per week to complete this program.
