Baseline 5K Running Program is a 7 week beginner running program. This program will help you prepare for your first 5K or 3 miles. It will teach you how to properly warm up and cool down to prevent injury. You will have a speed day, pacing day and an aerobic day each week. All you need is an hour a day, 3 days per week to complete this program.
